TERMS OF SERVICE

BASICS
⬩ I have the right to edit my Terms at any time.
⬩ I only work in my own style, and it changes as it evolves. If you like a specific aesthetic, include it in the refs!
⬩ Every kind of artistic freedom is very appreciated! I'm open to brainstorm concepts together!
⬩ I try answering messages ASAP, but won't be working after 8pm(BRT) or on Sundays.⬩ NOTE: The average waiting time for a commission is around 20-60 days.
Time limit can increase depending on the queue, complexity, communication, or if I have personal emergencies. You'll be warned if anything happens.PAYMENT
⬩ Prices listed are in US Dollars, and payment is only thru PayPal
⬩ 100% upfront, or 50/50% (Orders over $200).
⤿ “Partial” Payments' WIPS are low res and watermarked.
⬩ Art for content creators' socials/projects, and commercial use art are unavailable at the moment!PROCESS & EDITING
⬩ PLEASE ASK ABOUT DEADLINE AVAILABILITY.
⬩ Updates happen when I have good progress, usually once a week. But you can ask for more whenever you want.
⬩ Be as clear as possible from the beginning. Spam me with references or anything counts to help setting the piece as early as possible.
⬩ Any big changes can be applied up to the lineart phase, without charges. But please don't make me redraw the same sketch 10 times :(
⬩ Minor things can be edited after Flats. Too many edits, or major changes after this will result in a $25 fee. No big edits will be done late in the process, or after completion.
⬩ The final piece is delivered as a PNG image via Google Drive.RIGHTS AND USAGE
⬩ The art (expect Private Comms) can be posted by me, and used as portfolio. You can ask to be tagged or to remain anonymous.
⬩ These commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY.
⬩ You can repost or use it as icon/banners, but please credit me!
⬩ You don't own the right to make any profit on it.
⬩ No NFTs, A.I. or crypto stuff allowed. I don't want my work affiliated with it.
⬩ Please don't trace, copy, or claim to be the owner of it in any way.
⬩ Don't remove the signature/watermark under any circumstances.⬩ If any of the terms of service are broken, the client will be blacklisted, the commission will be terminated, deleted and no refunds will be given.REFUNDS
⬩ You can't get refunds for commissions under $100.
⬩ All refunds will have an automatic PayPal fee discounted in it. (~10%)⬩ If the commission is in progress, a reason needs to be provided. Full refunds will only happen if I haven't started the piece.
⬩ Refunds are provided only for pieces up until to the FLATS stage, with a 30-50% off value, depending on how much work was done.
⬩ No refunds if the piece is close to completion, or is completed.
⬩ I follow briefings and ask for approval at every step of the process. No refunds if you throw a "it isn't what I wanted".
⬩ You can only ask for refunds within 30 days after the payment is sent. (Bank rules)⬩ If the work is put on standby, or cancelled by ME, you'll choose between waiting or getting the refund.
