TERMS OF SERVICE

BASICS
⬩ I have the right to edit my Terms at any time.
⬩ I only work in my own style.
⬩ I'm open for artistic freedom stuff!
⬩ I answer DMs whenever possible, within work hours.⬩ NOTE: The average waiting time for a commission is around 20-60 days.
Time limit can increase depending on the queue, complexity, communication, or if I have personal emergencies. You'll be warned if anything happens.⬩ Prices listed are in US Dollars, and only through PayPal. 100% upfront, or 50/50% (Orders over $200)
⤿ Partial Payments' WIPS are low res and watermarked.PROCESS & EDITING
⬩ PLEASE ASK ABOUT TIGHT DEADLINE AVAILABILITY. Please be PATIENT! I work at my own pace to avoid any injuries.
⬩ Updates happen when I have good progress, usually once a week, but you can ask for more.
⬩ Please send as many references as you need, be very clear about what will be on the project.
⬩ Any edits can be applied up to the lineart phase, without charges. But please don't make me redraw the same thing 10 times :(
⬩ Minor edits still can be done after Flats, but too many edits, or major changes after this will result in a $30 fee.
⬩ No big edits will be done very late in the process, or after completion.
⬩ The final piece is delivered as a PNG image via Google Drive.RIGHTS AND USAGE
⬩ The art (expect Private Comms) can be posted by me anytime. You can ask to be tagged or to remain anonymous.
⬩ These commissions are for PERSONAL USE ONLY. You don't own the right to make any profit on any of my work.
⬩ You can repost it, or use it as icon/banners. Credit is appreciated!
⬩ No NFTs, AI or crypto stuff allowed.
⬩ Please don't trace, copy, or claim to be the owner of it in any way.
⬩ Don't remove the signature/watermark under any circumstances.⬩ If any of the terms of service are broken, the client will be blacklisted, the commission will be terminated and no refunds will be given.REFUNDS
⬩ You can't get refunds for commissions under $100.
⬩ All refunds will have an automatic PayPal fee discounted in it (~10%) and gotta be done within PayPal's terms and dates.⬩ Full refunds will only happen if I haven't started the piece.
⬩ If the piece is already in progress, a discount will be on it, depending on how much work was done. A good reason is needed.
⬩ No refunds if the piece is close to completion, or is completed.⬩ If the work is put on standby, or cancelled by ME, you'll choose between waiting or getting the refund.
